What are the essential documents required for gaining Tasdeeq in Ajman?
Most of the services offered by the Tasdeeq system can be digitally accessed through the website or online platform, similar to Ejari and Tawtheeq systems in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In Ajman, attestation of rental contracts for both residential and commercial properties is among the most commonly used features provided by Tasdeeq. Does Tasdeeq charge a service fee?
The cancellation of a lease agreement on Tasdeeq is free but other services provided on the platform are paid and require an estimated sum of 400 to 1000 dirhams depending on the difference of services.
- The cost of attesting a lease agreement is around 2% of the lease’s value.
- The authentication of a lease contract for residential purposes costs 400 dirhams.
- The authentication of a lease contract for economic activities costs around 10% of the lease value or around 1000 dirhams.
- The service fee for contract ratification for workers is 5% of the lease contract value or a minimum of 1000 dirhams. Moreover, there is a separate fee of 1000 dirhams for a worker’s residence permit.
- To authenticate the lease contract for investment purposes, there is a service fee of 3% of the lease value starting with a minimum value of at least 1000 dirhams.
- The service fee for filing a complaint is 1% percent of the lease value with a minimum of 500 dirhams. A complainant can file the complaint at Tasdeeq Ajman City Service Centres.
- Tasdeeq Ajman offers the issuance of a certificate for lease contract registration to applicants for 100 dirhams.
