Millennium Hotels and Resorts has joined the rest of the industry in launching a branded residences project. The Biltmore Sufouh Residences becomes the group’s first standalone residential project, set to open in 2025 with prices starting at around AED950,000.

The the 44-floor vertical twirl development will have 480 units, including one, two and three residences. The interiors have been designed by acclaimed Gary Greene Design, who have also incorporated the Atmosphere Collection into the development, which are the exclusive penthouses on the top six floors of the skyscraper.

Wider facilities will include an Olympic size pool, kids’ pool, health club, gym, padel tennis courts, and a “zen garden.”

Millennium is connected to the Biltmore brand through its flagship Los Angeles Biltmore hotel which Millennium operates.
