Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and identify potential clients, both buyers and sellers, in the local real estate market.
  2. Conduct property viewings, provide expert advice, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry and the community.
  4. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deal.
  6. Assist clients with property documentation, inspections, and financing arrangements.
  7. Create and maintain detailed property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
  8. Manage leads, follow up with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, continuously striving for professional growth.
  10. Uphold ethical standards and ensure all transactions comply with real estate regulations and laws.

Required Competencies

  1. Minimum3-5 years of property sales experience in UAE
  2. Bachelor’s Degree: While not always mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or real estate can be advantageous.
  3. Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in real estate sales or a related field is highly preferred.
  4. Local Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighbourhoods, and market trends.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating deals, contracts, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients.
  7. Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
  8. Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to build and maintain a client base.
  9. Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical and legal standards in all real estate transactions.
  10. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Arabic and English, can be a significant asset in the UAE’s diverse market.
