• Environmental Sustainability: Protecting natural resources and encouraging eco-friendly practices by managing waste sustainably and responsibly to reduce pollution, save energy, and foster efficiency.

14 Projects Under Ajman Vision 2030

1. Al Safia Community Space

Ajman Vision 2030 aims to make Al Safia into a lively community space that welcomes everyone and encourages engagement. The focus of this project is to use nature to create a space that connects and empowers the community. It aims to create a vibrant, year-round public area in the Al Safia district that serves as a social hub for families in Ajman.

2. Ajman Corniche Beach Development

Ajman Vision 2030 wants to make Ajman Corniche a lively coastal destination. This includes expanding the beaches, adding more green spaces, improving its appearance, strengthening coastal defenses, and providing recreational activities to attract residents, tourists, and investors.

3. AJYAL Young Leaders Program

Ajman Vision 2030 aims to equip young people with leadership skills and innovation mindset. Its goal is to empower young individuals to become capable of contributing towards society. This includes introducing programs for young leaders to help them gain skills needed to succeed in a changing world.

4. Ajman Skills and Lifelong Learning Strategy

Ajman Vision 2030 promotes lifelong learning. It aims to make education match the goals of the Emirate, as it establishes Ajman as a learning city to support continuous skill development for people. Ajman is developing policies, doing effective reporting, creating governance structures, and working together with stakeholders to lay the groundwork for this learning city.

5. Al-Zorah Sea Port Development

Ajman Vision 2030 is building a modern port to boost trade and attract investment. This program aims to create jobs, improve infrastructure, and drive economic growth. Through this new sea port in the Al-Zowra area, it will become easy to accommodate larger ships, and handle more containers, bringing in international trade and investment.

6. Ajman Waste Management Strategy

Ajman Vision 2030 is working towards zero waste to landfill in the future by promoting sustainability and introducing modern waste management strategies. The program fosters a sustainable future for UAE’s citizens through waste management plans that actually benefits the environment.

7. Ajman Heritage Path

Ajman Vision 2030 is not coming short to protect important heritage sites in Ajman to maintain its cultural history. The program plans to create a dedicated walking path for pedestrians that links to these important locations, including Ajman Museum, the heritage district, Saleh Market, and other historic buildings.

8. Ajman Urban Transformation Strategy

Ajman Vision 2030 supports urban development by introducing the 15-minute city to improve accessibility and convenience. The program will improve infrastructure, offer better housing options, and enhance cultural experiences through encouraging teamwork among government agencies, private businesses, and community members.

9. Art, Culture, and Entrepreneurship District

Ajman Vision 2030 aims to create a dedicated space for art and entrepreneurship to bring together artists, designers, and craftsmen.  The program plans to create studios, galleries, schools, performance venues, restaurants, and community events to make Ajman an appealing Emirate with an art and culture scene.

10. Ajman Smart City Program

Ajman Vision 2030’s smart city platform works towards providing easy access to information on traffic, culture, safety, utilities, air quality, environment, prices, population, education, and health in real time. 11. Emirates Village in Masfout

Ajman Vision 2030 is transforming Masfout into a mountain for outdoor activities. Not only will it contribute towards building a healthy active lifestyle for the people of Ajman but will introduce new job opportunities and attract visitors and tourists, leading towards the strategic development of Ajman.

12. FDI Attraction Initiative

Ajman Vision 2030 will bring foreign investments by improving the business environment, promoting investment, facilitating processes, and addressing essential factors. They plan to bring in long-term investments and support important projects by creating a program focused on foreign direct investment (FDI).

13. Pop Up Activation Program

Ajman Vision 2030 is enabling businesses to test new products and services in temporary spaces. This pop-up businesses program is backed by strategized initiatives, policies, and support measures to encourage entrepreneurship, drive innovation, create jobs, and develop lively public areas for the people of Ajman and also visitors.

14. Sustainable Development of Musherief Creek

Ajman Vision 2030 aims to restore ecological balance and create spaces for recreation along with protecting the legacy of ancient buildings. The plans include restoring Musherif Creek clean water facility, restoring its ecosystem, and introducing fishing, swimming, and sports on the spot for healthy social interaction.
